Check out John Deubert's new book on Amazon called "Extending Acrobat Forms
with Javascript".  It is pretty easy to understand and use with scripts you
can transcribe into your document. John also has numerous example files at
his website for book purchasers to use as exercises or cannibalize for their
own needs.
