Actually, ARTS Link Tool can do a literal text search-and-replace on file paths (or URLs) in links and bookmarks.
Back when it was Ari's Link Tool, I added this feature for links but decided to expand it to bookmarks, and the very unfortunate naming issue began. Mea culpa.
