A general search might be more useful to your audience but I believe the
search results can be modified so you can exclude all but the keywords.  As
I understand it, the search results would have to be modified as another
document is added, which could become a headache.

Some search functions do allow you to input a list of words you wish to use
for scanning the documents.  If so, by removing all words but the desired
keywords from the search word list you end up with what you want in the way
of a narrower search function.

Someone else may be able to suggest a better solution.
