I've been working on the same problem.  The following seems to work:

[ /Rect [70 650 210 660]
/Border [16 16 1]
/Color [0 0 1]
/Action /GoToR /File (MyFile.pdf)
/Subtype /Link
/Dest /MyDest
/ANN pdfmark

Hello

Have managed to get a link working to a specific page or destination using a
full url: e.g.

<a href="">
Works great (JRB - i think this was a previous response to a question : )

When I try the same on a intranet, IE states it not display the page.

I tried  <a href="">
No joy.  Tried named destinations and still no joy.

Can anyone help?
