On the Mac, what I do is open Acrobat, print one pdf, making sure the Page Setup and Print Dialog box settings are correct, then select all the (unopened) files I want to print (using the finder), then hit Command-P to get the Print Dialog box again. Then just hit Print and the previously selected files will all consecutively open, print, and close. Hope this helps.
