Am I right to assume that Acrobat Pro 6.0 will not work with OS 9.2.2 but must have OS 10?
You are correct that they must have Mac OS X (it's pronounced 10, but spelled with an X) for Acrobat 6.
I'm advising the lab technician to install Acrobat 5.0 until they can upgrade to OS 10.
Make sure that it is 5.0.5 for the FULL Acrobat, and 5.1 for Reader.
