What are you printing to? Do you know how the printer/ printer driver is setup? Is it printing directly to the printer or is it going through a print server? Is it printing via LPR / Port 9100 or Standard TCP/IP? What operating system are you printing from? All of this info is important to help you with printing problems. The text file spools and then prints 2 or 3 pages and quits. Our IT department downgraded them back to 5.05 and when they try to print files that are from 6.0 they were of course getting the message that some of the information in the file may not display correctly. They disregard that message and they send the file to print. The file will print but it prints very slowly and sometimes doesn't finish. The IT department has addressed issues with disk space, browser version, and multiple Acrobat readers running on the same machine all to no avail. Has anyone else had any quirky problems like this with Acrobat 6.0? Does anyone have any suggestions for solutions? Thanks in advance!
