Jason, Have you tried Extracting pages from multi-page PDF's in Acrobat under the Document menu? >From here you can extract one page at a time, with the option to Delete Pages After Extracting which can help you keep track. To keep original multi-page PDF intact simply close without saving. Could be time consuming if you had a large number of pages in your PDF to begin with.
