Do you know if it is possible to Take a PDF document and layover form fields, and have those fields be populated by a database for output to a printer?? Or, do you have to create a PDF form from scratch?? Is there software available to make the generation of PDF forms easier?? We have a software program that assists long-term care facilities with their clinical and billing needs. We use an MDS form that needs to be populated by the information contained within the program for each resident. This information then needs to be printed. Users will not need to populate any data on the form, strictly program driven data. Is there any tools available to me?? Thanks for your help Laurie S.
