Thanks Leonard. Jim McClure told me how to add tags using acrobat 6, I've tried that. For simple pdfs the increase in file size is reasonable (5-30%), for docs with tables the file size increases substantially (3 times the size on one). But I can't justify the cost of special software for the volume I'm dealing with.
