[PDF] opening pdf in Mac OS 9.x

Hi, I am creating a CD using Mac OS X v10.2.  This CD has pdfs which should be used by Mac OS 9.x to Mac OS X 10.2 users. When I put the CD into the Mac OS 9.x environment the pdfs appear but I am unable to open them by double clicking them. I know this problem releates to the lack of resource fork which can be created using pdftyper software.  Unfortunetely the software only works in Mac OS 9.x environment. Is there a Mac OS X software that can create the resource fork for Mac OS 9.x users.   Thanks,   Siv
