My tools are
FrameMaker 6.0 and Distiller 4.05.
Some of my
co-workers occasionnaly complain that parts of text printed from PDF
files I produced are illegible due to a font substitution, even though I
generated the PDF files with the culprit fonts embedded.
The problem seems
intermittent.
Just a moment ago,
I asked somebody to to re print a faulty document, and it printed just
fine.
We are worried some
of our clients may have the same problem.
Any clue on what is
going on? Are there remedies?
