Hi Vikas, I don't know if you are familiar with the Enfocus Products, more especially PitStop Professional. You can use PitStop Professional to crop your PDF files automatically by using an Action List. You can also do it manually with the global Change. There's also a tool called the crop tool, where you can create a template for the different page boxes in the PDF file.
