[PDF] MS DOC to PDF SDK

I am looking for an SDK (COM, VCL, and/or .NET) that will work with Borland Delphi (prefer one that has VCL components) to convert Microsoft Word documents to PDF and then allow me to manipulate them by adding watermarks, etc. I need to embed the functionality in a Delphi Windows application.

If anyone has done this, what have products have you been successful with?
