I made an action for PitStop Pro to change the version to 1.3. If I make a
change to a PDF I distill and save in Acrobat 6 it makes it 1.5. I had a
particular PDF that for some reason my action would not change to 1.3, I
wanted to make sure that it wasn't reporting one thing in acrobat but was
actually changed in the meta info, it wasn't. This is the same PDF that
changing the name made the background black, (I posted a separate message
about this). It is a strange PDF.
