This relates to the interaction between MS Outlook 2002 SP-2 and Adobe Acrobat 6 Professional. I have both applications running on my home PC and my work PC. My goal is to archive my e-mail messages to keep the size of the Outlook .pst file down. At work, I can select a group of e-mail messages and "Print" to Adobe PDF. The resulting output is one file with each message on a page or two. At home, with seemingly the identical setup, each message generates a separate .PDF file (all with the same "Memo Style.PDF" name). This can be a hassle when archiving 100's of messages. I can't figure out how to get the home PC to generate the single multi-page PDF file -- is it an Acrobat setting or an Outlook setting. Microsoft refuses to advise me, saying they can't support any non-MS product. Any ideas? To change your subscription: http://www.pdfzone.com/discussions/lists-pdf.html
