The PDFs come across in my email without an icon (unlike other PDFs I receive via email) and the PDF can not be opened via Adobe Reader nor Preview (I'm using OSX). However, it CAN be opened via Freehand. Is there anything in particular that may be causing this? She claims it may be a mac thing, and she's probably right, but I'd like to figure out what this may be.
