Dear PDF wizards,
After being the unofficial PDF guy in my department for about six
months, I finally got stumped by a problem. So after following this list
as an observer, I'm hoping that one of you wizards may have an answer
for what is (hopefully) a simple problem.

I'm designing an interactive PDF to be available via a link on the
company website, and for security/privacy reasons we would like it to
automatically reset when closing (to insure that nobody re-opening the
form immediately afterwards through the same server has access to the
previous user's information).

It was no problem to enter a "reset fields" JavaScript into the Document
Action "Document Will Close", but the problem is that it doesn't work
when the form accessed via the website. It seems that when the document
is accessed through a server the "close" event isn't triggered.

Has anyone experienced this problem? (And more importantly, found a
solution?)
