Is there a javascript or method to do this using a Form (button) or bookmark (same thing?)
If you are creating the PDF files you could include a PDF Mark in the Distiller Prologue file that will automatically add to each PDF a bookmark to your 'front end' file. I can provide more information if this seems like a viable option for you.
