You could create a script in Notepad, save it with a .js extention and place
it in the Acrobat Javascript folder (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat
5.0\Acrobat\Javascripts). This will be invoked whenever Acrobat is started,
which means that it will apply to all your pdf files. You could rename it to
a txt file on those occasions when you don't require the functionality.
