In my opinion it is very difficult or better it's impossible. A prin pdf
uses normally the portrait format which is not readable on a screen. The
best way to do this is to re-layout the source - eg Indesign - and use the
right colors, fonts and formats. In case you have done this, my remark
should be discarded. But I am afraid then you might have problems with
printing.
So: one pdf for printing and another one for the ePublication.
