I suspect the answer to this will be no... but anyway...
I'd like to have users accumulate (download) a series of pdfs that are sections of a larger single pdf that has destination based cross-references.
Is there any global way, perhaps through document level javascript, to enable the cross references to link to destinations in files outside the one the user is viewing?
