Is the "scrunching" happening on screen or on printer? If the latter, make sure that you have the current version of the printer driver for your printers - old drivers have bugs that Acrobat tends to bring up since it really pushes printing.


As a last resort, use the "Print as Image" option in the Acrobat print dialog.
