i have these bookmarks that open a pdf file when executed. i am having
NUMEROUS problems:
1) i can't get the bookmarks to expand to the particular file open
2) i have a "close window" bookmark with the action to run javascript as
follows
getURL('javascript:window.close();');
this works for me when i am in adobe acrobat, but does not work when the
file is opened through a web browser over our server.
3) i have a "go back" bookmark that executes a menu item as follows:
View > Go To > Previous Document
again, this works within the adobe acrobat environment, but not when the
file is opened through a web browser over the server.
this large collection of pdf files must exist over an extranet server
and must be accessible to users with only the acrobat reader and must be
able to do the following actions:
- expand the bookmark of the current file open
- go back to the previous file open
- close the window
can someone please help me before i start to cry????? i will be forever
in your debt!
