I'll drop the grant paperwork in the mail tomorrow. As far as the existing domains go I can redirect them once the site is good to go and I can transfer them to ASF down the road.

I can do the website stuff once we've got the sources. I know my way
around Forrest. Raises the question what to do with the domains
pdfbox.org, fontbox.org and jempbox.org once everything is migrated.
axkit.org remains in possession of an individual and still hosts the
project website (although that's probably not exactly following policy).
spamassassin.org has been transferred to the ASF and now redirects to
spamassassin.a.o.
