The address and fax number is on the ICLA form itself. I assume this is
to reduce redundancy (in case the fax number changes as happened
recently). Otherwise, your assumption about the e-mail address is
correct.

Yes, that's how it works. You pick what you think is fun. Obviously,
working on something that needs to be done from time to time is also
appreciated. At the moment, we just have our JIRA instance which serves
as issue tracker, but as for short-term priorities we currently just
have what was in our last board report. Could make sense to add some of
them to JIRA. At any rate, the license review is a top priority. You're
always welcome to add issues that you don't know how to address so one
of the committers (or someone else) can pick them up. Anyway, PDFBox is
just really getting started now that we have the sources in the SVN
repository. We have to figure out where we want to go first.
