After reading the ASF-policy several times and rereading Nialls -1-voting 
I came to the conclusion, that it is a major issue.

I guess circulating new/changing informations is a general issue not only an 
ASF one ....

You don't have to convince me. I'll redo the release. After doing it twice I've
some pratice, so that it won't take me too long do put everthing together ;-))

So stay tuned, for my last attempt to create the first apache release of 
fontbox.
