Addtional CMap files from adobe

Due some restrictions in the license of the cmap files from adobe (see
LEGAL-36) we have to remove them from svn. A standard package is already
available by download [1]. But there are still some additional cmap files left
in svn which have to be removed. Most of them are included in the packages I
found on [2] and [3].
