I've seen no previous questions here on GeoPDF, but if you would develop the extensions, I doubt anyone would object to their inclusion. And I'm sure some of us would answer whatever questions we could to assist in the development. I've just read Wikipedia's writeup. Do you have the definition / specification for the GeoPDF extension?
