Hi,
I thought I'd append an example to my first mail but it seems to be stripped
off.
Again, I attach a PDF to this mail and will check it later.
The problem when printing is: only a short part of the text is printed (perhaps
some parts with the same font?), but I can not figure out when print out stops.
There is no exception thrown.
