Ouch. You are about 4 days too later on this one :(.
When Acrobat 6 shipped - Adobe officially dropped support for Acrobat 4...So any chance you would have had to have gotten that SDK from them, went away...
For that matter, the Acrobat 5 SDK is only going to be available for about another 60 days.
