I too don't ever remember reading that. However, I was under the impression
that you could not distribute Acrobat Viewer 5 unless you have such an
agreement (but you can distribute Acrobat Viewer 4). Perhaps this is what
you are referring to.

If someone finds this text I would like to know too.

         I have NEVER seen that part of the Acrobat/Adobe Reader license - 
and would be quite surprised to find one.  Can you out the exact paragraph,
