I still need your help to find ways to convert eps to tiff using Acrobat 5, Distiller & SDK, under Windows, using VC.
The only way to do it with Acrobat 5 is long and convoluted...
EPS->PDF via Distiller automation. (docs in the SDK)
PDF->TIFF using the AVConversion API's from a Plugin.Leonard
