Sorry, I missed the piece about reader.  The only way I can think to do
this easily is to read the process manager (can be done through Windows
APIs) and to put the program to sleep while checking the process manager
once every tenth of a second.  However, I am not sure it is worth the
effort as PDF.ocx may have other issues since it is unsupported.

        Yes, but OpenInWindowEx() doesn't work with Reader.
