If I trap the AVDocWillClose notification from a plugin (5.0 or 6.0), can I prevent the document from closing?
No. Notifications are just that - they let you know things are going to (or did) happen - but you can't override them...
For example, the user closes the document, and the Acrobat message "Do you want to save changes..." is shown. If the user does not click Cancel, the AVDocWillClose handler is called. I want to display my own message after this, and allow the user to cancel again. Is this possible, or is it too late once the notification is sent? Thanks.
Override the AVDocClose() method instead.
