I need to make sure that a PDF selected from a web browser such as I.E. will open in it's own separate Acrobat Reader window. I looked at the "app.openInPlace" JavaScript command, but that relates strictly to a PDF opening another PDF. There is a configuration option in both Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Reader called "Display PDF in Browser" under Edit>Preferences>Options.
