Is this what is happening to the VB integration modules (IAC, etc.)?  I
noticed they have not been updated and I am having considerable trouble
with old modules that I have written using these automation modules
previously (mostly due to the acrobat process staying in scope or going
out of scope unexpectedly).

This does not even apply to unsupported methods, tools, etc...

Even fully documented, supported and sanctioned tools, methods etc. 
are deleted, modified, and crippled...
