I would like to create a PDF which looks exactly like our Printing Requisition, but this PDF should give the customers the ability to fill out certain fields i.e. account# quantity, size etc., then send it via email to our Print Shop with the PDF file they want printed. Also can this PDF also get an assigned number for invoice tracking automatically, when they go to the site to fill it out. This will help cut down on the paper trail.
