[PDFdev] A Real newbie question

I am developing a new form that includes two digital signatures.   I tested one of the signature fields, and switched to another PDF to check some documentation.  Acrobat crashed and had to be restarted.   When I reopened the form, it is locked, and I cannot figure out how to unlock it. I try to save it as a new file and get the message "That action is not allowed"   I cannot edit the PDF in any way.   Thoughts ?   Thanks,   Brent
