No, Freebird doesn't have any option for controlling the line screen setting, and I don't think it offers halftone output (just pure black-and-white).  (Sorry, I'm not familiar with all aspects of the TIFF format and I didn't have time to research those features when I first replied.) 2. Freebird only converts PDF files; it won't re-process TIFFs from Photoshop.
