Hi,

As PDL 2.008 is coming up for release, it would be a good idea to delete
all the old versions of PDL from PAUSE. This way users will not be
confused by decade-old versions.

Additionally, `cpanm --dev PDL` will work properly and install the
latest dev release of PDL.

Thankfully, Perl users care about keeping old versions, so the old dists
will still be available on BackPAN and easily installable using
`cpanm PDL@[VERSION]`.

I suggest that the following be deleted:

  - https://metacpan.org/release/KGB/PDL-2.2.1
  - https://metacpan.org/release/KGB/PDL-2.3.2
  - https://metacpan.org/release/CSOE/PDL-2.4.1
  - https://metacpan.org/release/CSOE/PDL-2.4.2
  - https://metacpan.org/release/CSOE/PDL-2.4.3
  - https://metacpan.org/release/CHM/PDL-2.006

Cheers,
- Zaki Mughal
