A.k.a. CHM/PDL-2.007_16.tar.gz and will appear at a CPAN near you shortly.
This release candidate adds some cleanup and more complete dependency
prerequisite information.  The hope is that this will remove a relatively
large number of CPAN testers hiccups due to File::Path not being available
for some BSD tester systems.
