There are a number of build failures for ASPerl that I would like to
understand and fix, if possible. The error that pops up for the ones that
I think should be passing look like this:

Running Mkbootstrap for PDL::Core ()
> chmod 644 "Core.bs"
> "/home/fly1600/ap1600/bin/perl-static"
> "/data/fly1600/megalib/ExtUtils/xsubpp"  -typemap
> "/home/fly1600/ap1600/lib/ExtUtils/typemap" -typemap "typemap"  Core.xs >
> Core.xsc && mv Core.xsc Core.c
> perl: symbol lookup error: /home/fly1600/var/megalib/auto/Cwd/Cwd.so:
> undefined symbol: Perl_xs_apiversion_bootcheck

The fails include all Mac OS X builds and the pre-5.20 perls for linux
(32bit and 64bit). Since we've made substantial changes to to build
process, it is possible this issue was introduced there.

On the CPAN Testers side, things look good, currently FAIL reports are <5%.

Cheers,
Chris
