Not all of the missing dependencies are hard ones in the sense
we have tried to make a build of the PDL distribution flexible to
the actual software and modules the user has or desires.
However, for a bundled SciPDL build, I recommend having
everything at the most compatible with all dependencies and
versions present and up-to-date.
In addition, please don't lose your notes. :-) sf.net bug #378
is something we should have fixed in the SciPDL release. I'm
hoping to wrap up the 64bit index support as well so we can
have PDL-2.014 to rest on while the PDLA split takes place and
stabilizes.
