Hi Luis-

The PDL book is not so out of date as the version
number might suggest as there were a number of
sequential releases with small but needed fixes.

The main changes up to PDL-2.015 aside from various
bugs fixed are the introduction of 64bit index support.

That said, we always welcome documentation fixes
and additions.  The book itself builds from some
pod files.
