I went through the wiki repo on github (
https://github.com/PDLPorters/pdl.wiki.git ), and it turns out the file
was added in a broken state in a commit that claims it was "import from
sourceforge wiki" (
https://github.com/wchristian/pdl_wiki_test/commit/e922cc2d2b57c887d6d65f0489ff899a519b4778
).
