I've been watching the cpantesters reports come in and noticed we'd been
getting a lot of nothing for linux and freebsd, asking bingos i found that
apparently makefile.pl crashes go unreported, which is annoying due to
there being a lot of moving parts in there for us.
I'll be working on a way to get these reported as NA instead. It might
turn out fairly trivial.
Up to you whether it's something you'd consider for inclusion in 0.70 or
want it to be 0.71.
