I just read somewhere that there is now perl level threading. Does
this means that one can write perl routines that iterate automatically
over dimensions that are not treated explicitly, without having to go
through the PP mechanism? That would be nice. Can someone point me to the 
documentation? I found
that PDL::Indexing mentions:
   Physical and Dummy Dimensions
       *    document Perl level threading
which seems to mean that the documentaion is in progress. Has it been done?
