Do you have the gsl library installed? PDL will not build or install the
GSL modules if there is no library installed. If you do have gsl installed,
then please check (or attach) the results of 'perl Makefile.PL': that should
tell whether PDL::GSL* was able to find the gsl library.
As far as I can recall there was no substantial change to the PDL::GSL*
family of modules.
