Hi
I’m trying to fit a set of x,y co-ordinates from a CMM to the programmed X,Y
values to take out rotational and other errors from misalignment of the
measured item against the CMM axes. I can see some examples on the web but so
far haven’t gleaned how to do it using Perl/PDL, I am not a mathematician so a
simple example showing how to get the fitted points will probably get me to
where I need to be. I'm using Strawberry Perl V5.18.2 and PDL 2.017.

This is my first posting so please accept my apologies if I am not following
established protocols.
